  • Boxwood Hall is under conditional redevelopment agreement
  • Lullworth Hall will soon be under an agreement
  • Bancroft will soon be under redevelopment agreement
  • Big Bellies downtown to reduce airborne litter
  • Power washed, straightened, and replaced all damaged signs in 2023.
